Deliver focused one-on-one speech therapy aimed at enhancing communication, language, fluency, voice, and swallowing functions.
Collaborate actively with a spectrum of health professionals including physical and occupational therapists, nurses, physicians, caregivers, and families to ensure holistic care strategies.
Provide comprehensive education to patients and their families, fostering progress beyond the clinical setting.
Participate in occasional inpatient speech evaluations and therapy sessions, guaranteeing seamless care continuity.
Maintain meticulous and timely documentation in accordance with all relevant guidelines and regulations.
Engage in ongoing professional development through continuing education and peer interaction.
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from a recognized institution.
Completion of a Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) if ASHA certification is not yet acquired.
State licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist.
Preferred: Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from ASHA.
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required within 30 days of employment.
Strong competency in evidence-based approaches for a varied age spectrum, coupled with insightful knowledge of developmental and acquired communication and swallowing disorders.
Exceptional interpersonal skills, fostering clear communication with patients, families, and multidisciplinary teams.
Ability to tailor therapeutic techniques to cater to diverse cultural and linguistic needs.
Excellent clinical judgment with strong problem-solving capabilities.
Proficient with electronic health records and documentation practices.
Competitive salary package reflective of experience.
Flexible hours designed for work-life harmony and diverse patient interactions.
Options to refine your expertise in specialties like pediatrics, adult neuro rehabilitation, or geriatrics.
Paid vacation and holiday compensation.
Access to medical, dental, vision, and life insurance plans.
Support for continuing education and professional advancement.
A collaborative environment that prioritizes quality care and continuous learning.
Embark on a Career That Inspires and Transforms
In this role, you're not merely offering therapy — you're engaging in a mission that revitalizes voices, enhances communication, and conjures moments of happiness through basic human interactions: understanding and connection.
