Physical Therapist

Position: Physical Therapist Facility: Ambassador Healthcare at College Park Location: Fort Myers, FL Schedule: Full-Time Pay Rate: $48–$58 per hour Join Our Team! Ambassador Healthcare at College Park is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapist to join our rehabilitation team. In this role, you will help residents improve mobility, regain independence, and enhance their overall quality of life. Responsibilities: Evaluate residents and develop individualized treatment plans and goals Implement therapy programs and complete all required documentation Provide therapeutic interventions including gait training, strengthening, balance, coordination, and mobility exercises Train residents in the use of assistive devices, orthotics, and prosthetics Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as needed Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure optimal care Participate in care plan meetings and staff conferences Supervise therapy assistants and support staff in accordance with regulations Educate staff and caregivers on therapy techniques and best practices Maintain therapy equipment and order supplies as needed Foster a compassionate and supportive environment for residents and families Requirements: Active, unencumbered Florida Physical Therapist license Minimum of 1 year experience in a skilled nursing facility (preferred) Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills Benefits: Generous Paid Time Off (PTO) Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance Employee Recognition Programs Company Perks Supportive, Team-Oriented Environment 1 Floating Personal Holiday #J-18808-Ljbffr
