Temporary Research Assistant - Proteomics & viromics data generation and analysis

Overview The research assistant will generate metaproteomics data sets from soils, viruses, and plant-microbe interactions experiments and participate in generating figures and text for publications and reports. Responsibilities Prepare soil, viral, and plant-microbe interaction samples for metaproteomics analysis. Perform protein extraction, sample preparation, and related laboratory procedures. Operate and maintain specialized laboratory instrumentation and equipment. Process, organize, and manage metaproteomics datasets and experimental records. Assist with data analysis, figure preparation, and drafting text for research publications and reports.
