What You'll Do

As an essential member of our kitchen team, you'll help deliver an exceptional dining experience by preparing delicious, high-quality food in a clean, organized, and collaborative environment. Your key responsibilities will include:

Memorizing recipes, portion standards, and operational procedures
Preparing ingredients and components for all menu items
Cooking dishes to consistently meet our quality and presentation standards
Ensuring product freshness through proper rotation and storage
Collaborating with fellow cooks to manage varying levels of kitchen activity
Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work area at all times
Following all food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety protocols
Supporting the cleanliness of the kitchen and storage spaces
Handling trash and recycling removal as needed
Participating in inventory checks and restocking kitchen stations
Keeping storage areas clean, organized, and well-labeled
Contributing to a positive, respectful, and team-oriented kitchen culture

What We're Looking For

We're seeking someone who brings experience, energy, and a collaborative spirit to the kitchen. Our ideal candidate will have:

A minimum of 1 to 2 years' experience in a fast-paced, high-output kitchen
Strong work ethic and a positive, solution-oriented attitude
Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
Availability for morning shifts on weekdays and weekends
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Calm and focused demeanor under pressure
A friendly, respectful approach to teamwork and communication
The availability to work part-time hours on the weekends

Schedule

Part-time hours with the opportunity to work more hours when hours are available
