Job Title: Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) – Pennsylvania Location: Altoona, Pennsylvania Job Types: Full-time Pay: $80,000 - $90,000 per year + benefits Schedule: Monday-Friday (9 AM – 5 PM) About Us: We are a client-centered behavioral health organization committed to providing accessible, high-quality mental health services across Pennsylvania. Position Summary: We are seeking a skilled and empathetic Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our dynamic team. This role involves providing therapeutic services to a diverse client population through evidence-based practices. You’ll have the flexibility to work remotely, in-office, or a hybrid setup based on your preferences. Responsibilities: Provide individual, family, and/or group therapy sessions Conduct comprehensive assessments and create treatment plans Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate care Refer clients to appropriate community resources when necessary Participate in team meetings and ongoing training Active LCSW license in the state of Pennsylvania Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited program Minimum 1 year of post-licensure clinical experience preferred Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills Experience with EHR systems and telehealth platforms (preferred) Bilingual abilities are a plus Competitive compensation (W2 or 1099 options) Flexible work hours and location (in-person or remote) Administrative and billing support CEU support and professional development opportunities Supportive, collaborative team environment HIPAA-compliant technology and documentation systems Are you passionate about making a difference in mental health?
