Mental Health Clinician (LMSW, LCSW, LMHC-D, LMFT)

Location: Bronx, NY

Schedule: Hybrid – 2 Days In Office / 3 Days Remote

Hours: Monday–Friday with occasional evening hours

Bonus: $5,000 Retention Bonus

Position Overview

We are seeking a licensed Mental Health Clinician to join a collaborative behavioral health team serving patients across the lifespan. This is an excellent opportunity for a clinician passionate about providing high-quality mental health services within an integrated healthcare setting.

The ideal candidate will possess strong diagnostic and therapeutic skills, experience working with diverse populations, and a commitment to improving access to behavioral healthcare.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide individual, family, and group psychotherapy services.
• Conduct comprehensive biopsychosocial assessments, mental status examinations, and diagnostic evaluations.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, goals, and interventions.
• Provide crisis intervention and behavioral health consultation as needed.
• Collaborate closely with physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary healthcare team members.
• Document all patient encounters and clinical services within the electronic medical record.
• Participate in care coordination and treatment planning activities.
• Identify and address child welfare concerns and follow appropriate reporting procedures.
• Educate healthcare staff regarding psychosocial issues affecting patient care.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and departmental meetings.
• May provide supervision to social work interns and trainees.
