Welder (Night Shift)

WelderThis high-quality fabrication role gives you the opportunity to perform precision welding operations on critical metal components in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.Compensation: $27.00/HourLocation: Manassas, VASchedule: Mon - Thurs, 5:00P-3:00A Voluntary Over-time on Fridays.Responsibilities:Interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and welding symbols to plan work.Perform MIG (some TIG), and Stick welding on steel, aluminum, and other metals.Set up and operate welding equipment, grinders, and cutting tools.Inspect welds for defects to ensure compliance with quality standards.Collaborate with fabricators, machinists, and engineers to meet production targets.Maintain a clean, safe work area and perform routine equipment maintenance.Document completed work and maintain accurate production logs.Requirements:High school diploma or GED; technical welding certification preferred.2+ years of welding experience in metal fabrication or manufacturing.Proven proficiency in MIG, TIG, and/or Stick welding techniques.Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and welding symbols.Skilled with measuring tools, including calipers, micrometers, and tape measures.Strong knowledge of safety protocols and proper PPE usage.Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods.Benefits: For more details on PrideStaff's Benefit offerings visit: / Pay Rate (Up to): $26.00 - $28.00 Per Hour
