IT Specialist

Are you an IT professional with strong troubleshooting skills and a passion for helping people? We are looking for a proactive, autonomous IT Specialist hands on to join our global technology team. In this role, you’ll be the operational engine behind our US employee tech experience, keeping our tools running smoothly, resolving day-to-day challenges, and delivering top-tier support. What You’ll Do End-User & Executive Support: Be the primary contact for technical issues, resolving incidents via our ITSM platform and delivering VIP support for leadership. Device & Identity Lifecycle: Configure, deploy, and decommission hardware (macOS/Windows) while managing user provisioning across M365 and Google Workspace. Network & SaaS Support: Troubleshoot connectivity (Wi-Fi, VPN), AV meeting systems, and collaboration platforms. Continuous Improvement: Streamline IT processes, update technical documentation, and identify opportunities for automation. What We’re Looking For 3 to 5 years of hands‑on experience in IT Support, Service Desk, or Corporate IT Operations. Proven troubleshooting skills across Windows & macOS , alongside Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 . Solid understanding of network basics (TCP/IP, DNS, VPN) and identity/access management. Exceptional customer service mindset , high accountability, and the ability to work independently in a fast‑paced setting. Degree/Certification in IT or equivalent practical experience. Nice-to-Haves Certifications: CompTIA, Microsoft, Google Workspace, or ITIL Foundation. Experience supporting distributed, remote, or international teams. #J-18808-Ljbffr
