Job Title: Family Medicine Physician/Internal Medicine Physician (Outpatient)

Specialty: Family Medicine

Place of Work (City/State): Toppenish, WA ( Yakama Service Unit)

Start Date: August 2026

Shift Schedule: Put all types of shifts (if exist). Monday Friday 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM

License: Any State unrestricted Active License is Accepted

Certifications: BLS

Experience needed: Minimum 3 Years experience in Family Medicine.

• Family Medicine (preferred) or Internal Medicine
• Board Certified / Eligible

Credentialing / Onboarding time: 6 weeks to 8 weeks

• Responsibilities: Family Medicine (preferred) or Internal Medicine
• Board Certified / Eligible

Pay rate: $190/hour on 1099 All Inclusive

Requirements to Apply:

Current CV with all gaps explained (within the last 6 months)

BLS (Basic Life Support)

Any State Unrestricted, Active License is required

Board Eligible/ Board Certified Family Medicine

Names/numbers of 3 references
U.S. Citizenship required
Must have worked within the last 6 months
