ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
I opened my agency in 2019 after spending eight years as a State Farm team member, so I understand firsthand what it takes to succeed in this environment. Today, our office includes six team members, and we’ve built a culture that balances high performance with a strong sense of teamwork and fun.

I’m a mom to two young children, ages four and three, and family is a big part of how I lead the agency. We believe in working hard, supporting one another, and creating an environment where people enjoy coming to work each day. I’m also active in the community as a board member of the Make-A-Wish Foundation and a life member of the Junior Auxiliary Biloxi Ocean Springs Chapter.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As a Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Ashleigh Fallo - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
• Assist customers with policy changes and updates.
• Process insurance claims and follow up with customers.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
• Previous customer service experience preferred.
