About Our Agency: I opened my agency in 2016 and have grown it into a strong team of 26 team members. Before becoming an agent, I owned a mini-golf business and also gained valuable experience working with Wells Fargo both of which helped shape the leadership, service mindset, and results-driven approach we bring to our agency today. I'm Minnesota born and raised, attended the University of Minnesota, and I'm proud to be building both a career and a life here with my family. Role Description

Matt Jonza - State Farm Agent is a leading insurance agency dedicated to providing exceptional service to our customers. We are currently seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Receptionist - State Farm Agent Team Member. Our ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and committed to contributing to a positive and productive workplace. Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly in person and over the phone, directing them to the appropriate team members.
• Manage appointment scheduling and office communications.
• Assist in handling incoming inquiries and maintaining customer records.
• Engage in conversations with prospective and existing customers, identifying opportunities to offer insurance options.
• Provide excellent customer service and follow up on customers needs.
• Support the team with various administrative tasks and projects.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role.
• Communication and interpersonal skills.
• Organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Comfortable with engaging in sales conversations.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.

Compensation: $50,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
