What You’ll Do

Supervise and support nursing care for residents
Practice and strengthen your clinical assessment skills
Collaborate with an experienced healthcare team
Follow care plans and ensure high-quality, compassionate care
Grow into a confident, capable RN leader

What You Need

Graduate of an accredited nursing program (new grads welcome)
Active RN license (or ability to obtain Oregon licensure; out-of-state accepted during process)
Interest in geriatric, rehab, or long-term care
A strong desire to learn, grow, and be part of a team
