Center Operations ManagerThe Center Operations Manager (COM) oversees the non-medical support services and daily operations of the local center(s) to which they have been assigned. The essential functions of the COM include client support service programming, volunteer management and general operations.Applicant should have the following qualifications:Demonstrate a personal relationship with Jesus Christ in actions and attitudes, showing evidence of spiritual maturity.Exhibits a strong commitment and dedication to the Gospel and to the sanctity of human life, affirming life and never referring or advising a woman to have an abortion.Display a readiness and willingness to share the Gospel in word and deed, engaging in spiritual conversations and discipleship opportunities.Provide spiritual leadership, discipleship, encouragement and direction for staff, volunteers and clients.Agree with and uphold the LAPRC Mission, as well as all corporate statements and policies of LAPRC.Proficient use of computers and software to complete tasks.Self-motivated; ability to carry out responsibilities independently.Demonstrate the corporate values of Faith, Integrity, Excellence, Respect, and Compassion.Ability to work well on a team and carry out responsibilities as delegatedExhibit strong skills in organization and time management.A minimum of a high school education or GED is required. An Associate's or Bachelor's Degree is preferred, preferably in a related field, or related experience equivalent in the field.Experience in education, child development, or social service is preferred.Major Responsibilities:Client Support Service ProgrammingProvide leadership for client support programming (parenting education, post abortion support, perinatal grief support).Work with Nurse Manager and Center Director to create a schedule for program hours.Coordinate schedules of volunteers and client appointmentReview program Key Performance Indicators on a monthly basis and create a plan for meeting predefined goals.Ensure proper maintenance of client information and files, protecting confidentiality.Oversee the collection and inputting of statistical data on non-medical services and clientsOrganize and manage the intake and distribution of donated baby and maternity items.Provide direct client care when volunteers are unavailable or undertrained.Cross-train as a Client Advocate for the sake of assisting medical staff as needed and to provide options information to clients coming to the center for support services.Build and maintain relationships with community referral sources.Volunteer ManagementExecute healthy volunteer management for the purpose of team unity and health.Recruit, encourage and equip a strong healthy team of client service volunteers.Train and coordinate volunteers to provide coverage during regular operating hoursProvide continuing education for all non-medical volunteers as needed.Ensure volunteers are executing services according to LAPRC policies and procedures.General OperationsCross-train to answer phones according to procedures.Assist in the ordering/purchasing of needed supplies.Help maintain clean and organized work spaces.Assist with weekly deposits, data entry and donor receipting.Assist with the preparation and execution of annual fundraising events.Represent LAPRC in the community and at churches as delegated by the Center Director.Participate in local team meetings led by the CD.Attend all required LAPRC staff meetings (virtual and in-person).
