Co-Foreman Construction Waterproofing

Co‑Foreman Co‑Foreman is a leader as well as a contributor on our crew and integral to our success. The role coordinates tasks and assignments based on work priority, schedules, objectives, and workforce availability, assists with monitoring project progress, and ensures compliance with time and budgetary standards. Duties and Responsibilities Assists Foreman with leading a high‑performance team serving customers in a local market/area. Reviews job specifications to determine materials, tools, and equipment needed prior to reporting to job site. Assesses conditions of the job once on site; sets plans based on time allotment, tools needed, and order of work – assigns duties to your crew for work to be performed. Installs products and services with support of a national team of trained professionals. Innovates and troubleshoots situations as needed based on requirements to complete the job to meet company standards and timetables. Provides customers with superior quality and service while on site performing work. Ensures all final documentation is done completely/accurately and is given to the proper parties. Safely, correctly, and efficiently loads and unloads materials, tools, and equipment, and cleans truck. Safely, correctly, and efficiently performs installation duties according to instructions, methods, standards and timetables provided by the Foreman and Company. Drives company vehicles in a safe manner and meets all requirements to operate a company vehicle. Assists in planning, scheduling, and coordinating work, accounting for labor hours and productivity. Assists in supervising, leading and mentoring a crew of two or more people; leads crew in absence of Foreman. Communicates with customer before, during and after completion of job, addressing any changes in the job prior to implementing changes. Completes necessary paperwork, check‑in and check‑out procedures, as needed. Knowledge of trade specific tools for installations and correct use and care of equipment. Ability to lift heavy objects up to 22 kg, walks and stand for long periods of time. Performs strenuous labor often under adverse conditions. Fosters a positive team environment by building strong relationships and inspiring mutual trust, professionalism, integrity, and respect. Adheres to and promotes Company workplace policies and procedures, including policies related to safety and against bullying, harassment, violence or discrimination. Upholds the Company’s positive image and reputation in the community. Reports to work on time each working day. Performs other duties as necessary or assigned. Qualifications High school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience required. Strong communication skills, ability to motivate, and be a team player. Experience leading crews or small teams required. Previous experience working in the construction or home services industry and/or trade work or general labor required. Basic construction or mechanical knowledge. Must have a valid, non‑restrictive driver’s license. Ability to enter crawl spaces and other confined areas. Working Conditions The position lifts heavy objects and/or up to 50 lbs., walks and stands for long periods of time and performs strenuous physical labor. It requires good manual dexterity, multi‑limb coordination, quick arm and leg movement, excellent stamina, and the ability to read reports and data on computer screens.
