We focus on delivering exceptional quality without cutting corners.The Role of a Plumber As a skilled Plumber, you'll diagnose and repair residential plumbing systems, guiding our customers toward confident, informed decisions about their home needs.Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver top-notch customer service by communicating clearly and professionally, ensuring customers make informed decisions about their home plumbing needs.Recognize and recommend additional services, including system upgrades, maintenance agreements, and new installations, to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.Coordinate seamlessly with Dispatch and the Service Manager to maintain an efficient daily schedule.Keep your company vehicle clean, organized, and fully stocked to ensure preparedness on every job.Maintain accurate and timely completion of all paperwork, including service records, dispatch notes, and invoices.Uphold a polished, professional appearance at all times to represent the company's commitment to quality.Participate in ongoing training to develop your skills and stay up-to-date with industry standards.Acquire and maintain necessary certifications, with support available.What We're Looking For Are you a Lead Residential Plumbing Technician with at least one year of experience?
