These teams are a great place to build, to grow, and experiment at a unique scale.WHERE YOU’LL FIT WITHIN THE TEAM As a Martech Project Manager, you’ll join a fast-moving, high-visibility initiative to overhaul our content management platform (CMP) with multiple workstreams running in parallel: workflow redesign, agent development, platform integration, stakeholder enablement, and more.We’re looking for a PM to embed directly with the program lead as the connective tissue across marketing, IT, and external partners, tracking progress, clearing blockers, and ensuring nothing falls through the cracks.WHAT YOU’LL DOProject and sprint coordinationMaintain a live view of progress across workstreams and surface risks to the program lead before they become issuesOwn sprint tracking, monitoring ticket status in Jira and flagging blockersEnsure action items from meetings are captured, assigned, and followed up on consistentlySchedule and coordinate working group meetings, stakeholder reviews, and cross-functional callsPrepare meeting agendas, take notes, and distribute follow-upsStakeholder and vendor managementSupport the day-to-day coordination between Bain marketing teams, the program lead, and an external development partner responsible for platform implementationCoordinate with internal stakeholders to collect inputs, confirm decisions, and unblock dependenciesTrack open items with vendors and escalate when deliverables are at riskExecution supportMaintain and update tracking tools (sprint boards/status trackers) and shared documentation so everyone has a current, accurate view of the programHelp organize and maintain project requirements as specs evolveSupport preparation of biweekly program update decks and status communicationsABOUT YOU5-8 years of experience in program coordination, project management, or a similar execution-focused role, ideally in technology implementation workComfortable working in Jira or equivalent project tracking toolsStrong follow-through, consistently managing action items, closing loops, and pushing work forwardClear, direct communicator who can interface confidently with both technical teams and marketing stakeholdersAble to operate independently in an ambiguous, fast-moving environment without waiting to be told what to do nextFamiliarity with marketing technology or content/campaign operations is a plusThis role follows a hybrid model, requiring in-office presence at least 2 days per week.
