Home Care by Kintura is hiring compassionate Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to provide personalized, one-on-one care to older adults within our Kintura communities, including Well-Spring, Friends Homes, and River Landing at Sandy Ridge .

Whether you're a student, parent, retiree, or simply looking for extra income, we offer a variety of assignments-from short visits to longer shifts.
Current Scheduling Needs

We're actively hiring CNAs who are available for:

• First Shift: 7:00 AM-12:30 PM
• Second Shift: 4:30 PM-10:00 PM
• Weekends: First- and second-shift availability

Assignments range from:

• 1-2 hour visits
• 4-6 hour shifts
• 8-hour shifts

This flexibility allows you to build a schedule that works for you while maintaining regular weekly hours.
Pay & Shift Differentials

Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs): $15.26-$15.79/hour (based on experience)

Plus earn more with:

• +$1.00/hour for weekend shifts
• +$1.00/hour for shifts two hours or less
• +$1.00/hour when caring for couples

Responsibilities

• Follow individualized care plans
• Assist clients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, mobility, transfers, and eating
• Assist with meal preparation and feeding as needed
• Perform light housekeeping and laundry
• Escort clients to appointments and activities
• Provide companionship and meaningful engagement
• Observe and report changes in client condition
• Maintain accurate documentation according to agency standards

Qualifications

• Active North Carolina CNA certification in good standing on the NC Nurse Aide Registry
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
• Ability to safely provide hands-on personal care and mobility assistance
• Compassionate, dependable, and professional demeanor
• Strong communication and customer service skills
