Marketing Director

Lead Advisor is a wealth management recruiting and consulting firm. This role is for one of our clients, an established wealth management practice in Raleigh-Durham. Position Overview and Purpose The Director of Marketing is responsible for all branding and marketing initiatives for client. This includes developing and maintaining marketing materials, structuring campaigns for lead generation, and managing brand development. The Director of Marketing will work closely with the leadership team and Private Wealth Advisors to develop strategies in alignment of the firm’s goals and business plan to grow and deepen our presence in High Net Worth and Ultra High Net Worth Wealth Management. This role requires a creative and analytical leader who can collaborate with various teams to achieve marketing goals and drive business growth. Specific responsibilities include, but will not be limited to: Develop and execute a result-driven multi-channel marketing and brand strategy in alignment with the firm’s business plan and goals. Enhance the firm’s brand identity, voice, positioning, and client experience. Lead marketing initiatives to retain and engage current clients. Provide insights on client experiences and perceptions with the firm’s onboarding, servicing, and marketing touchpoints. Develop lead generation strategies to target key client profiles. Collaborate with Private Wealth Advisors to track lead conversions through the sales process in order to make adjustments as needed. Manage marketing budget and track key metrics for leadership reports. Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities and understand competitive landscape in order to provide actionable recommendations to the leadership team. Manage and mentor marketing associates and direct activities of support partners (design, web development, etc.). Education and Industry Experience Required Exemplary written and verbal communication skills with impeccable follow-through. Strong desire to develop and managing a comprehensive marketing program. Highly analytical, creative, organized, and able to set priorities autonomously. Minimum of five years of direct experience in a marketing role. Dedicated to upholding the core values and fostering a collaborative work environment for all team members. Passionate about personal development, growing with the firm, willing to be vulnerable, and is self-aware. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related field. Direct experience in the financial service, wealth management or investments industry. Relevant industry certifications. Managerial and leadership skill with a desire to mentor and develop team members. Additional Requirements Proficiency in Microsoft 365 suite, popular marketing tools/platforms and ability to learn proprietary systems. #J-18808-Ljbffr
