Custodian - 1st Shift

Custodian Position at AMSOIL INC.AMSOIL INC. is seeking a Custodian to join the Maintenance team at the AMSOIL Center in Superior, Wisconsin. We are looking for a dependable, safety-focused team member who takes pride in maintaining a clean, organized and efficient industrial work environment.As a key member of the Maintenance team, the Custodian helps maintain cleanliness, safety and operational efficiency across production areas, warehouses, offices and shared spaces.Scheduled hours: Monday through Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.What you will own:Sweep, mop, vacuum and scrub floors in production areas, warehouses, offices and common spaces.Clean and sanitize restrooms, break rooms and common areas.Wash windows, walls and other surfaces as needed.Dust furniture, HVAC vents and other surfaces as needed.Keep break rooms and restrooms stocked with consumables.Collect and dispose of trash, recyclables and industrial waste according to AMSOIL standards.Operate drivable floor sweepers, floor scrubbers and forklift equipment as required.Follow OSHA and AMSOIL safety guidelines.Report spills, leaks or safety hazards immediately.Perform minor repairs, such as changing light bulbs and painting.Assist maintenance teams during deep-cleaning projects.Monitor and replenish cleaning supplies.Maintain logs of cleaning activities and safety checks within the CMMS system, Limble.What you bring:High school diploma or equivalent required.At least one year of experience cleaning in an industrial environment.Available to work 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.Forklift certification preferred; training is provided on the job.Valid driver's license, clean driving record and ability to be insurable for AMSOIL INC. vehicles.Ability to work as part of a team and be capable of self-direction.High attention to detail and a desire to produce quality work.Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time and repetitively lift for long periods of time.Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future employer sponsorship.Compensation That Reflects Your Value: Your experience and contributions matter.
