Treasury Analyst

Ingenium is partnering with a large, publicly traded company on a confidential search for a Treasury Analyst to join their growing team. This is a high‑visibility role supporting core Treasury operations, banking infrastructure, and daily cash activities for a complex enterprise environment. If you’re detail‑driven, organized, and excited by process improvement, automation, and cross‑functional collaboration, this role offers a strong platform for growth. What You’ll Own Coordinate bank account openings/closings, maintenance, and compliance documentation Support requests, bank signer updates, and user access management Manually key daily bank transactions to support accurate GL posting Prepare daily cash position, cash packet, wires, ACH transfers, and journal entries Assist with bank reconciliations and follow‑up on open items Support merchant services platforms and issue resolution Partner with internal teams across Cash Disbursements, Rev Cycle, Legal, Payroll, and IT Assist with audit and SOX documentation requests Identify automation opportunities and collaborate with IT to enhance Treasury workflows What You Bring Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field Strong attention to detail, organization, and analytical skills Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast‑paced environment Effective communication and teamwork skills Project management mindset with a drive to automate and streamline processes Experience with Oracle ERP, TMS platforms, advanced Excel, or SOX compliance is a plus Why This Role Matters This position plays a critical part in maintaining the company’s banking infrastructure and ensuring accurate, timely cash activity.
