About the Role:
Raydal Hospitality is looking for a driven and experienced General Manager to lead operations at our Commissary Kitchen in Mount Holly, NC. Responsibilities:

• Oversee all daily commissary kitchen operations, ensuring smooth and efficient food production workflows
• Manage, mentor, and develop kitchen staff including hiring, scheduling, and performance reviews
• Maintain strict food safety, sanitation, and health code compliance standards
• Monitor inventory, control food costs, and manage vendor relationships and purchasing
• Develop and enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs) for production, packaging, and distribution
• Track key performance metrics and prepare operational reports for ownership
• Collaborate with culinary and logistics teams to meet production schedules and client demands

Requirements:

• 3+ years of management experience in a commissary kitchen, food production, or high-volume foodservice environment
• Proven ability to lead and motivate a diverse team in a fast-paced setting
• Strong knowledge of food safety regulations, HACCP principles, and health department standards
• Experience with inventory management, cost control, and budget oversight
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills with a hands-on leadership style
• ServSafe Manager Certification (or ability to obtain upon hire)
• Strong communication skills and a team-first, hospitality-driven mindset
• Bilingual (English-Spanish speaker) is a plus but NOT a requirement
