Auto Detail Shop Manager (Full-Time) Join Our Family-Owned Dealership Team! We’re looking for a motivated, hands-on Auto Detail Shop Manager to lead our detailing department. If you take pride in quality work, enjoy leading a team, and want to grow with a supportive, family-run dealership—this is the opportunity for you. Responsibilities

Oversee daily operations of the detail shop
Manage and motivate a team of detail technicians
Ensure high-quality interior and exterior vehicle detailing
Schedule workflow and maintain efficiency
Maintain inventory of supplies and equipment
Uphold dealership standards and customer satisfaction

✅ Qualifications

Previous auto detailing experience (management preferred)
Strong leadership and communication skills
Attention to detail and commitment to quality
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Valid driver’s license
