Job Role The CRAC position is integral to the research conducted at Adams Clinical. As a liaison between clinicians and research coordinators, participants, and healthcare providers, a successful applicant will work directly with treatment seeking populations scheduling, educating, and assisting participants to foster seamless flow of office visits and operations. This is an in-person position at our location near Dallas, TX with the opportunity to transition to remote work after 6- 12 weeks . Key Responsibilities Complete appointment reminders and provide appointment information for visitors to the office to support appointment attendance Arrange transportation to and from the office using healthcare dedicated transportation portals (UberHealthand Lyft Concierge) to ensure visitors arepicked-upanddropped-offcorrectly. Monitor each portal during pick-up and drop-off toidentifymissed rides and call riders to re-booktrip.
