Client Account Executive / Sales Manager Health Industry – Microsoft Solutions Power Platform Dynamics 365 Modern Work Qualifications Nice to have Data Engineer We are seeking a skilled Data Engineer to design, build, and maintain robust data pipelines and analytics infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have strong hands‑on experience in ETL development, Azure Databricks, and Power BI integration, enabling efficient data flow and insight generation across the business. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain ETL pipelines for data ingestion, transformation, and loading across multiple data sources. Build and optimize data workflows and models using Azure Databricks and PySpark/SparkSQL. Develop and maintain data models supporting analytics and reporting in Power BI. Implement data quality, validation, and monitoring frameworks to ensure reliability and integrity. Collaborate with business teams to understand reporting requirements and translate them into scalable data solutions. Support data warehousing and data lake solutions within Azure ecosystem (Data Lake Storage, Synapse, etc.). Maintain and enhance metadata, data lineage, and documentation for all data processes. Optimize performance of queries and pipelines for scalability and cost efficiency. Ensure security, compliance, and access control within all data environments. Analytics Architect As an Analytics Architect, you’ll leverage a client‑centric approach to translate business strategy into solutions and services that lead to successful, impactful outcomes. You’ll engage in solutioning and support on the most strategic opportunities, intervene in high‑risk complex deliveries, and contribute to shaping the strategic direction around data architecture. Key Responsibilities Work closely with delivery teams and client stakeholders to provide technical leadership, shape deals and propositions, drive architectural decisions, create plans and roadmaps, and produce design artifacts. Assist clients in their journey to Microsoft Azure or leverage their existing investment, focusing on cloud architectural patterns and migration strategies. Play a key role in the sales process with responsibility for shaping the high‑level design, estimates, and contractual details for client proposals in collaboration with other subject matter experts in the business. Provide coaching and mentoring to motivate and inspire junior colleagues from within the team and across the organization. Translate complex technical solutions and present them in different formats to business decision makers, marketing teams, and internal sales teams. Engage in early conversations with the client and/or sales team to support origination and deal qualification, becoming the trusted advisor. Prepare and represent the solution in deal reviews and play an active role in orals, client presentations, and negotiations with key client buyers. Complete pricing using standard solution architecture processes, methods, estimating, and modeling tools to drive quality and minimize time to solution, ensuring the deal is winnable and deliverable while mitigating risks.
