About the Role:
As our Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA), you will be responsible for:

• Overseeing the overall operations of the facility, including patient care, staffing, and budget management

• Ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations, as well as facility policies and procedures

• Developing and implementing programs to improve patient outcomes, customer satisfaction, and employee engagement

• Collaborating with our interdisciplinary team to provide high-quality patient care and services

• Fostering a positive and inclusive work environment, promoting open communication, and empowering staff to achieve their full potential

Responsibilities:

• Manage and lead a team of licensed and certified staff to ensure high-quality patient care

• Develop and implement policies, procedures, and protocols to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements

• Conduct regular assessments and evaluations of patient care and facility operations to identify areas for improvement

• Develop and manage budgets, including labor, supplies, and expenses

• Collaborate with the medical staff to develop and implement resident care plans

• Ensure maintenance of accurate and timely records, reports, and documentation

Requirements:

• Current Pennsylvania licensure as a Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA)

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, or related field
