Float Pool Opportunities Our Float Pool units are fast paced units that include high acuity patients. Are you looking to increase your knowledge base? Our Float Pool leadership team fosters an environment that supports learning, mentoring, and building each team member. Shift: 3-12 hour, 7:00pm - 7:00am, POSITION IS NOT SELF-SCHEDULINGPatient Population: Float Pool floats to Med/Surg, Tele, ICU, and PCUPatient Ratios: Vary by unit Unit selling points: Float Pool is supportive and encouraging. They love their staff to flourish, grow, develop, and take on new tasks. Their unit provides flexibility, support, and potential for professional growth.
