Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) - Hammond, LA

As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) with BrightCare HomeCare, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care and support to our clients in their own homes. Responsibilities:

Provide skilled nursing assistance to clients in their homes, including vital signs monitoring, medication management, and mobility assistance
Assist with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
Perform light housekeeping and laundry tasks to maintain a clean and safe living environment
Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination
Demonstrate a commitment to delivering patient-centered care that respects the dignity and autonomy of each client

Requirements:

Current CNA certification in the state of Louisiana
High school diploma or equivalent required
Ability to lift 50 pounds or more, as needed
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays as needed
