This full-time position plays a key role in executing high-quality residential and commercial construction projects. Responsibilities Perform rough and finish carpentry for residential and commercial construction projects Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and project specifications Frame walls, install doors and windows, build structures, and complete detailed interior finishes Measure, cut, and assemble wood and other building materials accurately Install cabinetry, trim, flooring, drywall, and other structural components Maintain jobsite cleanliness, organization, and safety standards Work collaboratively with project managers, subcontractors, and team members Ensure all work is completed on schedule and meets quality expectations Follow OSHA and company safety guidelines at all times Qualifications 2+ years of carpentry experience in residential and/or commercial construction preferred Strong knowledge of construction methods, tools, and materials Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical documents Strong work ethic and commitment to high-quality craftsmanship Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting, bending, climbing, and working outdoors Reliable transportation to job sites Ability to work independently and within a team environment A professional review will be completed as part of the onboarding process, in compliance with applicable laws Compensation & Benefits $27–$35 per hour, based on experience Weekly pay cycle Overtime opportunities Potential Year-End Bonus based on company performance Full-time, stable employment with a growing company Advancement opportunities as the company continues to expand Work Schedule Full-Time Monday through Friday Weekend work and overtime available based on project needs Work Location Field-based position serving job sites throughout the local area Projects may include both residential and commercial construction Occasional travel between local job sites may be required Equal Employment Opportunity We are proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer.
