Commercial Lines Insurance Agent ~ Sales & Service
Job Summary

Seeking a motivated and dynamic Commercial Lines Producer to join a team. This role is ideal for individuals with a foundational understanding of insurance terminology who are eager to grow their career in commercial lines insurance sales and service.
Compensation Package

• Base Salary : Will Consider up to $60K
• Commission Structure :
  • 25% on new business (agency billed)
  • 15% on renewals (agency billed)
  • 5% on direct-billed policies for the duration of the policy
• Competitive benefits package, 401(k), paid time off, professional development opportunities, etc.
• Primarily in-office with some hybrid flexibility after 90 days of onsite training

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain a referral network to grow the commercial lines book of business.
• Quote, sell, and process new and renewal business.
• Provide exceptional service to existing clients, including handling inquiries and complaints.
• Issue Certificates of Insurance and ensure accurate documentation of customer records.
• Educate clients on insurance products and services to meet their unique needs.
• Stay updated on evolving insurance products, services, and market trends.
• Collaborate with the team to achieve sales and service goals.

Qualifications/Requirements

• Valid Property & Casualty (P&C) license.
• Basic understanding of insurance terminology; prior experience in commercial lines is a plus.
• Experience with personal lines and E&S markets is beneficial.
• Proficiency in using Agency Advantage (Genesis) software is preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus.
• Self-motivated, energetic, and goal-oriented with a "go-getter" attitude.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, family-friendly environment.
