Assistant General Manager

Location: 10760 Belleville Rd, Van Buren Township, MI, 48111 Job Overview The Assistant General Manager is a key leadership position responsible for ensuring high-quality service, staff development, and efficient operations across all restaurant areas. Effectively delegate tasks to team members and report back results. Support the General Manager to achieve restaurant performance and quality standards in three areas: kitchen (supervise food quality, safety, cost, and new menu items), people (hire, train, and schedule staff to meet sales and profit goals), and service (deliver a memorable guest experience by ensuring all staff is trained and organizing key service areas). Partner with the restaurant team to ensure safe and efficient operations. Qualifications HSD or GED preferred. A passion for helping and serving others (customers and team members). 1+ year experience leading, motivating, and developing others OR US Military Service. Commitment to excellence and safety in the workplace. Strong customer service and support focus. Excellent communication skills with the ability to anticipate customer needs. Ability to provide solutions and make decisions in a fast‑paced environment.
