What You'll Do

• Provide nursing care to residents
• Give medications and treatments
• Watch for changes in resident health
• Report concerns to the care team
• Help with resident care plans
• Talk with families and healthcare providers
• Complete required documentation
• Follow all safety and care standards

What We're Looking For

• Active Pennsylvania LPN License
• Strong communication skills
• Medication administration experience
• Ability to work well with a team
• Long-term care or assisted living experience preferred
