Minimum Requirements ~1 year of hands‑on experience (construction, landscaping, maintenance, etc.) Strong work ethic and reliability Ability to communicate well with customers Willingness to learn multiple trades Valid driver’s license + good driving record Ability to lift, carry, and work outdoors when needed Preferred Traits (High Value) Positive attitude and team mindset Clean‑cut, professional appearance Problem‑solving mindset Respect for tools, property, and customersDesire to build a long‑term career in the trades Compensation & Upside
