The Principal Endpoint Architect is responsible for the design, deployment, configuration, and ongoing health of MACOM's global endpoint estate, including physical workstations, shared devices, virtual desktops, servers and other devices. This role sits within the End User Support team and owns the full lifecycle of endpoint management tooling — Microsoft Intune, SCCM, Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD), PDQ, Group Policy, ServiceNow, etc.— ensuring devices are secure, compliant, patched, and performing well for the global user base.Product EngineerJob Description: In this Product Engineer role at MACOM Technology Solutions, you will be responsible for the production release of complex RF & microwave assemblies, and supporting production test in our Nashua, NH facility. This includes development of production tests plans to verify product performance, design and debug of RF test boards for automated test equipment, statistical analysis of data using sound statistical methodology to set test limits and datasheet specifications, resolving test issues, troubleshooting, and repairing test failures. To accomplish these tasks, the Product Engineer will interact closely with Design Engineering, Test Engineering, Quality Engineering and Operations. A strong electronics background, hands on lab experience and the ability to adapt to a fast paced, high volume production environment are essential to the success of this position. Main Duties and Responsibilities:Generate production tests plans to verify product performanceDesign/analyze RF & microwave test boards for automated test equipmentSet up and perform lab RF measurementsAnalyze test data using sound statistical methodologyPerform yield analysis and hold meetings of the project team to review the findingsEnsure all aspects of product manufacturing, including hardware, documentation, BOMs and costing are in place for the production release of a productEnsure new product introduction is successful and on scheduleSupport production test equipment, software & fixturesInterpreting electrical schematics & assembly drawings for troubleshooting test failuresProvide instructions for rework & repairsKey Competencies Required:Significant exposure to and knowledge of RF and microwave componentsStrong analytical and problem solving skillsGood planning and organizational skillsGood interpersonal and communications skillsKnowledge of SAP is desirable but not essentialIn-depth understanding of statisticsAbility and desire to learn new technologiesWillingness to travel occasionallyMinimum Qualifications:BS in Electrical Engineering, or equivalent – Master’s degree is a plusMore than 7 years of experience as a Product or Test Engineer in the semiconductor fieldKnowledge of a wide range of RF & microwave semiconductor products including amplifiers, switches, attenuators, phase shifters, converters and limitersStrong RF/microwave test and measurement skillsExperience in the characterization of semiconductor devicesAbility to analyze data using sound statistical methodology and effectively present technical informationExceptional team and communication skills to interface with internal cross-functional teamsProficiency in spoken and written EnglishEEO: MACOM is an Equal Opportunity Employer committed to a diverse workforce.
