We provide paid sick and vacation time to all employees, even part-timers. We are looking for a Client Bookkeeping Specialist to join our team. You will be responsible for client bookkeeping and client relationships. You will have a CPA partner to review your work and provide support. Responsibilities Provide excellent customer service to our clients Do bookkeeping, paired with a senior accounting professional Use QuickBooks Online Work cooperatively with an outstanding team of professional teammates Address client questions from a broad understanding of their books and basic accounting principles Work with our small business clients and speak their language Qualifications QuickBooks ProAdvisor certified (preferred) Previous experience in bookkeeping (5 years) Previous experience in A/R, A/P and Payroll (preferred) Friendly personality and a love of working with people Comfortable meeting and talking to clients and guiding them Detail and deadline-orientedStrong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills A loyal and supportive team member Must be available for collaborative hours of 11 am CT - 2 pm CT Schedule Monday to Friday License/Certification QuickBooks Pro Advisor (Preferred) #J-18808-Ljbffr
