Occupational TherapistTryfacta is seeking an Occupational Therapist for our client in Marysville, CA 95901. This is a 13-week contract assignment. If you meet the qualifications listed below and are interested, please apply now!Location: Marysville, CA 95901Duration: 13 weeksWork Schedule: Day Shift | Monday–Friday | 8-hour shifts (7:00 AM – 7:00 PM availability window)Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to:Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations to identify functional needs and areas requiring intervention.Develop and implement individualized treatment plans using appropriate occupational therapy techniques and protocols.Provide therapy interventions designed to improve patients' functional abilities and independence.Establish individualized care and discharge plans and communicate updates with appropriate care team members.Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation according to organizational standards.Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support patient care goals.Supervise assigned occupational therapy assistants as required.Perform additional job-related duties as assigned.To be considered for this position, you should have:Master's degree in occupational therapy or Doctor of Occupational Therapy (OTD) required.Foreign equivalent education accepted where applicable.Current Occupational Therapy license in all applicable states of practice.Current CPR or BLS certification from an approved provider.Valid driver's license required.Must be at least 21 years of age.Home Health experience preferred but not required.Tryfacta is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
