We are looking for a Full-Time provider (32-40 hours per week) to join our team at the Grand Islander Center in Middletown, RI. This role is open to either a nurse practitioner or a physician assistant, with a minimum of one year of relevant experience required.

The annual salary for this position, based on a 40-hour work week, ranges from $116,000 to $133,000, along with an uncapped incentive compensation bonus program. About Us

Key Responsibilities

The Advanced Practice Provider will report to the Director of Clinical Practice and/or the Area Clinical Practice Manager. This role involves working closely with the Center Leadership Team to meet specific center goals and priorities. Additionally, the Advanced Practice Provider will collaborate with the Medical Director and/or Attending Physician to deliver patient-centered medical care.

This position entails providing primary and urgent care services to residents of the nursing center, working alongside other medical professionals. The Advanced Practice Provider will partner with Center Leadership to fulfill our mission of enhancing lives through high-quality healthcare and compassionate service.

Qualifications

Candidates for the Advanced Practice Provider role must have graduated from an accredited nursing program and hold a valid registered nurse license. Nurse Practitioners should possess a Master's Degree in Nursing from an accredited program, specializing in Older Adult or Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) tracks. Other specialties may be considered based on experience and organizational needs. Physician Assistants must have graduated from an ARC-PA accredited program and passed the PA National Certifying Exam (PANCE) to use the PAC designation, along with state licensure and NCCPA certification.

A minimum of two years of experience working with adult or geriatric populations is preferred. In states where practice regulations permit, APRNs should hold an unrestricted professional license and DEA registration for each state of practice, while PAs must also have an unrestricted professional license and DEA registration.

Salary Range

The posted salary range for this position is between $116,000 and $133,000 per year.
