Personal Care Aide (PCA / CNA / Caregiver)

Strategic Staffing Experts is recruiting compassionate and dependable Personal Care Aides (PCAs), Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs), and Caregivers to support seniors in Winchester and Front Royal, VA. This is a meaningful role providing one-on-one in-home care that helps older adults live safely, comfortably, and independently. Requirements:

• Personal care (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting)
• Mobility and ambulation assistance
• Companionship and conversation
• Medication reminders
• Meal preparation and light housekeeping
• Transportation to appointments or errands
• Maintaining a safe, supportive, and respectful home environment

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED
• At least 1 year of care giving experience preferred
• CPR certification preferred
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Compassionate, reliable, and professional demeanor
