Job Description Aerotek is hiring a Motor Assembler to join a growing manufacturing team in Birmingham, AL. This role involves assembling industrial motors and related components using hand and power tools. Candidates should be detail-oriented, mechanically inclined, and comfortable working in a production environment. Responsibilities Assemble motors and components according to work instructions Use hand and power tools safely and efficiently Inspect parts and finished assemblies for quality Follow safety, quality, and production standards Maintain a clean and organized work area Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Birmingham, AL. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
