Senior Assistant Store Manager

Senior Assistant Store Manager Hourly rate ranges from $20.00 - $20.25 per hour. Work up to 38 hours per week. Minimum age requirement 18. Physical demands include more than 8 hours of standing, walking, climbing ladders and lifting up to 50 pounds. Responsibilities Create and maintain Guest Services. Support the Store Manager with all store operations. Ensure maximum sales and profitability by developing staff. Control expenses, shrinkage and maintain merchandising and inventory control in adherence to all Company policies and procedures. Qualifications Prior retail and/or management experience required. Strong customer service skills. Ability to control store operations and adhere to company policies.
