Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct detailed trauma-informed assessments to evaluate clients' histories, needs, and the specific strategies required for their treatment.

• Design and implement personalized therapeutic plans that target trauma recovery and promote coping strategies, resilience, and emotional regulation.

• Utilize evidence-based approaches such as Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) to facilitate effective counseling sessions.

• Lead both individual and group therapy sessions focused on trauma processing and the development of coping mechanisms.

• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and case managers, to coordinate comprehensive care for clients.

• Provide timely crisis intervention and support to clients during moments of trauma-related emergencies.

• Educate clients and their families on trauma responses, coping techniques, and available community resources to enhance their support network.

• Maintain accurate, thorough, and confidential documentation in adherence to legal and ethical standards, ensuring compliance with industry regulations.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on working with individuals who have experienced trauma, including those suffering from post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), complex trauma, and dissociative disorders. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution is required.

• Must hold a current and valid license as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in Tennessee.

• 2 years of post-licensure experience is preferred, showcasing a deep understanding of therapeutic practices related to trauma.

• Comprehensive knowledge of trauma-related disorders and experience with trauma-driven treatment modalities.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We are pleased to offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 104,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
