Responsibilities :   

• Answer incoming calls with professionalism and courtesy.
• Engage in marketing and sales activities to promote additional services and generate business.
• Process work orders, promptly return customer calls, and address any customer complaints.
• Undertake other responsibilities as required, including potential cross-training in related roles.

Qualifications :   

• At least two years of administrative experience.
• Proficiency in written and verbal communication.
• Strong attention to detail and proficient data entry skills.
• Positive attitude towards work and colleagues.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
