Qualifications:

• Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Active state licensure (or eligibility) as an SLP in Virginia
• Valid ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
• Previous experience in school-based settings is a plus, but not required
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Commitment to supporting diverse student populations

Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging, evidence-based assessment and therapy services to students onsite
• Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) in collaboration with school teams
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of services provided and student progress
• Engage in regular collaboration with teachers, staff, and families to support positive student outcomes
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and support school initiatives
