OTR Flatbed Company driver (W-2) Job in Marion, IA by HMD Trucking

HMD Trucking
Requirements - 1 year of CDL-A OTR experience
- 6 months of flatbed experience
- No DUI/DWI in the last 5 years
- No more than 3 moving violations or 3 preventable accidents
- No excessive speeding (over 21 mph) in the last 3 years
- Must be above 23 years old at the time of applying
Benefits
- $5,000 sign-on bonus
- CPM $0.70 base + $0.10 CPM safety/productivity bonus
- Home time: 2 weeks out, 2 nights home

- Empty Miles: Paid at the same CPM as loaded miles (company drivers only)
- Extra Stops: $50 per additional stop
- Detention Pay: $25 per hour after the first 2 hours
- Layover Pay: $175 for every 24 hours
- Orientation Pay: $150
Vacancy description
Operate nationwide flatbed routes from Marion, IA in modern trucks featuring APUs, inverters, and comfortable sleeper cabs.
Role Overview:
- Safely transport flatbed freight
- Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections
- Communicate delivery ETAs to dispatch
Driver Rewards:
- $0.70 per mile base rate
- $0.10 safety/productivity bonus
- $5,000 sign-on incentive
- Paid tarp and unload time, full benefits, steady home time
