We're hiring a Healthcare Recruiter to lead high-volume hiring for key roles such as healthcare professionals, drivers, shift supervisors, operations managers, and directors. This position requires urgency, grit, and a passion for talent acquisition in a dynamic environment. Key Responsibilities:
- Own full-cycle recruiting across multiple levels and locations.
- Conduct daily candidate outreach, screening, and interviews.
- Coordinate interviews with internal leadership.
- Manage candidates through offer stage and onboarding.
- Track daily performance through KPIs.
- Collaborate with temp and offshore recruiting support.
- 5+ years of direct recruiting experience.
- Strong preference for healthcare or operations recruitment background.
- Experience managing high candidate volume.
- Exceptional follow-up, organization, and communication skills.
