Senior Change Manager

Collaborating with business leaders across the enterprise, the full-time remote Senior Change Manager will refine and apply a customized change management methodology to support significant organizational changes in process, technology, and products. Key Responsibilities Lead the design and execution of change strategies, ensuring alignment with the unique needs of each initiative Facilitate collaboration with key leaders to secure successful change sponsorship and create practical change management deliverables Act as a strategic thought partner for leaders, providing guidance and expanding the change management methodology across the organization Required Qualifications Bachelor's Degree 7-10 years of experience in end-to-end change management using established methodologies Certification in CCMP, Kotter, 7-S, Prosci, or ADKAR (required) Preferred experience in consulting, Agile, Lean, or as an actuary Industry experience is preferred
