This role requires urgency, attention to detail, and pride in creating dishes that look and taste exceptional.What You'll Do:Prepare and cook sautéed dishes to order, following recipes and presentation standards.Maintain strong menu knowledge to answer team questions, including food allergy concerns.Uphold food quality, safety, and sanitation standards at all times.Keep your station clean, stocked, and organized throughout service.Assist with running and end-of-shift side work, ensuring areas are prepped for the next shift.Support the kitchen team during peak service to maintain smooth operations.Take ownership of consistency, ensuring every dish leaves the kitchen at its best.What We're Looking For:Dependable and hardworking with a sense of urgency.Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced kitchen environment.Strong attention to detail and passion for food quality.Previous sauté or line cook experience preferred.Must be 18+ and authorized to work in the U.S.Piesanos Stone Fired Pizza is an Equal Opportunity and E-Verify Employer.
