Job Summary:
The Nurse Administrator oversees the clinical operations within a healthcare facility, ensuring efficient patient care delivery and staff management. This role combines leadership, regulatory compliance, and patient advocacy to enhance service quality and operational effectiveness.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and coordinate clinical staff activities to ensure smooth workflow and high-quality patient care.
• Develop, implement, and monitor policies and procedures in accordance with regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes and improve departmental performance.
• Manage resource allocation, staffing schedules, and budget adherence for clinical operations.
• Conduct performance evaluations and foster professional development among nursing staff.
• Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations, including licensing and safety standards.

Qualifications:

• Hold a valid Registered Nurse (RN) license verified through the appropriate state board.
• Possess a minimum of two years of experience in a medical office or clinical leadership role.
• Demonstrate strong knowledge of healthcare policies, regulations, and industry standards.
• Exhibit exceptional leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing required; Master's degree preferred.
• BLS (AHA) certification is mandatory.
