Indianapolis, IN | Temp-to- Hire |$17/ hr

Shift: 1st Shift | 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM

About the Role

BESTAFF is hiring an experienced RMA Clerk for a growing distribution operation in Indianapolis, IN. You'll take ownership of the returns process from end to end — receiving, inspecting, and put-away — while keeping return and QA hold inventory accurate through regular physical counts. If you're detail-driven and like knowing your work keeps the whole warehouse running right, this is your BEST next move.

What You'll Do

• Process returns physically and systematically through the Return Management System (RMA)
• Receive returns to stock and perform accurate put-away
• Monitor and manage return disposition daily based on client requirements
• Manage all return transactions and check daily activity for accuracy
• Own QA Hold inventory and QA Hold transactions from start to finish
• Generate cycle count reports and RMA reports
• Perform daily data entry for cycle counts and returns
• Update and maintain the Return Database and all return records
• Support incoming inspection, kit audits, parcel/freight shipments, and order processing
• Partner with the Warehouse & Distribution Manager and Inventory Analyst on cycle counts and inventory accuracy
• Assist with special projects, quotes, and month-end close reporting
• Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and running efficiently

What You Bring

• Experience in returns processing, inventory control, or warehouse operations
• Comfortable using computers and phone systems daily
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and move freely throughout the facility
• Excellent eyesight and reliable communication skills
• A team player who takes ownership of results
