Call Center Environment./ppThe Patient Specialist position is responsible for educating patients regarding home monitors and providing on-going support./ppThe Patient Specialist Responsibilities would include but not limited to:/pulliMeet outbound of call volume quota/liliManage client accounts/liliComply with HIPAA regulations/liliAccurately log daily activity/liliProvide detailed precise notations of patient conversations/liliResponsible for educating PTs regarding remote monitoring/liliEnrollment of PT information and equipment ordering/liliTechnical support knowledge of remote monitors/liliAssist with remote monitor set up and maintaining connection/liliAbility to multitask and provide highest quality of service/liliDiscuss general insurance coverage with patients/liliInsurance verification and check benefits/li/ulpEducation, Work Experience and Requirements:/pulliBilingual (Preferred)/liliProfessional Communication/liliProficient in Microsoft Office Tools/liliMinimum of 2 years of customer service and/or sales experience/liliHigh School Diploma or equivalent/li/ulpWhat we offer:/pulliCompetitive pay, ongoing training opportunities and significant career advancement potential./li/ul/div
