Job Description:
Position Overview:
Under the supervision of the Engineering and Maintenance Manager and Lead Controls Technician, the Bulk Systems Technician will be responsible for assembly, installation, testing, troubleshooting and maintenance of electrical automated and bulk delivery systems. This position will be on 3rd Shift, which is 11:00 pm to 7:00 am, Monday through Friday. Pay starting at $36.80.

Duties and Responsibilities (include but not limited to):
• Complete monthly PM of bulk delivery and scaling systems
• Troubleshoot process issues with on the job training using PLC or relay logic
• Knowledge of instrumentation: Transducers, RTDs, Thermocouples, etc.
• VFD replacement and programming
• Responsible for food safety, food quality and food defense.
• Other duties as assigned.

Other Duties and Responsibilities:
• Work with minimal supervision
• Willingness to learn new job related responsibilities
• Must be flexible to work varying hours and required overtime
• Must maintain timely and regular attendance

Supervision:
• This position does not have direct reports.

Physical demands:
• Be able to lift up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications/Education/Experience/Skills
• Education: HS Diploma, Trade school/technical training desired
• Excellent verbal, written communication skills
• Attention to detail a must
